Palm Beach Gardens brought a version of that problem tied to newer construction — master-planned communities like PGA National and Mirasol are filled with relatively young paver installations that still look sharp on the surface, but sprinkler systems running daily are quietly feeding algae growth and mineral staining most homeowners don't notice until it's spread across the whole driveway or pool deck. Eric found that a lot of local homeowners had never actually had their pavers sealed at all, assuming "newer" meant "fine," while irrigation overspray was steadily working against them. That gap is what led him to build ET Pressure Cleaning around one standard: do the job right, every time — catching problems before they become a full resurface.
